The room is big and huge with an exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows. The employees are all very very nice. The location is great and it is short walk to lively central Santa Marta, the bus station, and walking distance.

Breakfast here has a wide selection of delicious treats. the rooms come with air conditioning to keep you cool. It's in a great spot, close to shops and the city center and not far from the downtown area 🌟.

They gave us Wheelchair Accessible room with Private bathroom, comfortable bed, the AC and that was essential.

Ideal place for exploring Santa Marta. New-fashioned, recently refurbished room with a private bathroom and hairdryers, a shower cap and bath sheets. Marvellous and peaceful location very near the Santa Marta downtown. And so close to the pedestrian street & Parque de Los Novios, city centre and the center and bus station;)))

The location is in a great and quiet spot. It's just off all the bars, restaurants, street vendors, and the beach. - Lively central Santa Marta and the city center are nearby. - They have an in-house taxi driver who can take you anywhere in the area.

Mind-blowingly clean, super friendly staff who go above and beyond to help! Delicious breakfast with generous portions. They even let me do laundry! Convenient walk to bus station for Minca.

This hotel was a great choice for my recent business trip! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming when I arrived, even though it was late at night. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. One of the best things about the hotel was its location – it was conveniently located near many great restaurants and shops, and it was also very quiet. Another key advantage was the breakfast – there were plenty of delicious options to choose from.

While I overall enjoyed my stay at the hotel, there were a few things that were not as great. First, the bathroom in my room was quite small compared to the rest of the space.
